"Useful life of human body is so short..." That hit me suddenly while I was enjoying the spring sun in Horyuji Temple (739 A.C.) last weekend.
Wood used for this kind of building can last for hundreds of hundreds of years if taken care of properly. But, dead human body cannot be used for anything. Effective useful life immediately expires upon our death, and that's short.
Well, I gotta use my body well while I can. I was gonna skip jogging tonight, but maybe I shouldn't. :(
